Meet our team

Each trainer at our gym has the passion to infuse you with your own PUSH to live life with energy and confidence.

Erika Gudgeon started personal training when she was 21 years old. After 2 years of working as an independent contractor, she founded PUSH Fitness in 2004. Erika is one of the leading health and wellness experts in Milwaukee. She is certified in ISSA personal training, precision nutrition and BTF resistance stretching. .

Erika Gudgeon

Emily has a background in group fitness and martial arts, primarily barre and barre-focused circuit training. She became a certified personal trainer through ACE Fitness in February 2021 and is excited to expand her training in strength-focused exercises to help clients improve stability and functionality for years to come. Currently pursuing an advanced sports nutrition certification after completing a Nutrition and Healthy Living certification through the Cornell Division of Nutritional Sciences.

Fun fact: Emily loves the outdoors, hiking, canoeing with friends, and hopes to visit all of Wisconsin’s state parks.

Marques Turner

Dan Chobanian holding a dumbbell

Dan has been a personal trainer for 5+ years. His style of training focuses on strength and endurance. He has a background in circuit group training as well as kickboxing. Sports and a passion for fitness have always been a part of his life. He was recently accepted into his Physical Therapy Assistant program and is working toward his training and nutrition certification through NASM.

Fun fact: Dan loves snowboarding, mountain biking, and free climbing.

BA Psychology, ACE Certified Health Coach, Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness

Tish had been a wellness coach since 2017, since embarking on her own health journey. She has assisted hundreds of women in maintaining a strong core throughout pregnancy and beyond. With a strength background and training style, she specializes in helping people become their best selves, inside and out.

Tish Schaefer

Delianis has been a group fitness instructor for three years as a kickboxing coach, adding bootcamp style circuit training to her classes and strength training. She is a Certified Personal trainer through National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is passionate about empowering others through fitness and thrilled to help people in a one on one setting.

Fun Fact: Delianis travels to learn self-defense, walks in nature to meditate, enjoys yoga, and loves to read.
